  • Deltager aktivt i duty roster fordelingen som eks. Første hjælper eller evt. muster checker mv.
Dine kvalifikationer:
Du er faglært kok og har min. 5 års erfaring inden for faget – erfaring fra kantinebranchen eller restauration/hotel miljøet. Du er kvalitetsbevidst, faglig stolt og kreativ og kan lide at lave sund mad med omtanke for miljø og den gode smag.
Du har erfaring med forarbejdning og håndtering af friske råvarer og kan lave flotte og indbydende anretninger og fade.
Derudover modtager vi meget gerne ansøgninger fra kokke med erfaringen inden for bagerfaget. 

Du er god til at efteruddanne dig med diverse fagrelaterede kurser der fremadrettet er med til at styrke dig og udvikle Aramark Denmark ApS.

YOUR ROLE
Aramark is currently recruiting a Chef to join our team in Denmark.

Are you curious about gastronomy, driven by good customer service and colleagues, and do you thrive in a somewhat different environment where you are far from home? Are you good at conforming to a small community where you are part of a larger or smaller team and where professional boundaries have been broken down? Do you thrive on being under pressure to deliver the best you can and are you driven by the above factors?  Then you may be the Chef we are looking for.      

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You are positive and welcoming to both customers and colleagues and contribute actively to a good working environment
  • You have a curious approach to the tasks and love your work as a chef – sous chef or head chef
  • You are distinctly service-minded, outgoing, and serve guests with a smile
  • You have experience in the canteen industry or the restaurant/hotel environment
  • You can maintain an overview and a good mood in a busy everyday life
  • You are a visible, happy, and welcoming chef – preferably with a smile and a good mood
  • You are a team player, but also independent and responsible 
  • You can speak, read and write Danish and are not afraid of the entry of IT technology into the kitchen. (We will consider applicants who speak, write, and understand English)
  • We expect you to contribute actively and positively to HSE offshore efforts
  • You will actively participates in the duty roster distribution eg. First helper or possibly muster checker, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to interact with varying levels of staff and management from various backgrounds
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently to deadlines where required
  • You are a skilled chef and have min. 5 years of experience in the profession – experience from the canteen industry or the restaurant/hotel environment
  • You are quality conscious, professionally proud, and creative, and like to cook healthy food with care for the environment and good taste
  • You have experience in processing and handling fresh ingredients and can make beautiful and inviting dishes
  • In addition, we welcome applications from chefs with experience in the baking profession
  • You are good at continuing your education with various subject-related courses that will help strengthen you and develop Aramark Denmark ApS in the future
  • At Aramark, we work together, and help each other with different tasks - for the benefit of our customers, guests, and each other.
